What an amazing job they did. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Duncan’s Green Team in completely changing the look of my yard. In one day I had a complete makeover and they did such a fantastic job and I am absolutely delighted in their job. You know this is a dedicated company when the company owner, Tyler, comes to do your treatment! They did our weed control on our sod until. Their worker mistakenly sprayed half my neighbors yard with weed killer. Problem was it killed all their grass which was weeds. Another instance the worker stopped in the middle of fertilizing our yard with a spreader to talk on the phone the fertilizer was leaking and left a 2 foot circle burned in new sod. There were times on side of our yard they completly skipped. Also they stated they billed 8 times yearly, which was actually 10. All these events and many more were caught on a security cam. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! They never supervise their workers and the girl on the phone is just plain ditsy. Avoid

The office is rude. The turn over rate is ridiculous. They do a half way job on properties. Team moral is terrible. They rarely answer the phone.

We always have to put something else down to get our grass green. If it's being treated it should be green.

Duncan's Landscaping only builds natural looking ponds, however, we should have reached out sooner to let you know that we do not repair fountains. Very nice helpful people. However, their mosquito plan is very confusing to understand. I didn't want to be on a "plan". I only wanted them to just come out & spray. They sprayed & installed a pod. I still had lots of mosquitoes. I canceled & decided to take care of it myself.

Duncan's seems not to want my business. I was recommended to another company before they could even come out and look at my project. I have seen this company in my neighborhood several times in the past years. But until now never needed them. I were just surprised that they didn't care to come out to look at a job that has a serious homeowners wanted to get a project done.

***This company commits fraud by performing unauthorized services on people's property without any written contract or agreement and then sends a bill.*** They should get ZERO stars. This company sent me a bill for a service that I never authorized nor spoke with anyone about. The person I called states that their policy is to take word of mouth authorizations and that they don't have to have signatures from the homeowner and that she does not have a written authorization to initiate any service on my property. I advised her that since she doesn't have any written contract or agreement from the homeowner and decision-maker, it is not legal to perform unauthorized services on my property and will not hold up in court. I advised that I already have a lawn service and that I never authorized any service from them. She keeps trying to tell me about a lady in the backyard authorized the service and again I advised that I am the homeowner and I never authorized any service. I also advised that she cancel any service and any bill because I will not pay for a service that I did not authorize and I am willing to take this company to court if necessary.

We were doing a lawn and the neighbor came over and ask us for an estimate. We went over and gave her an estimate and she said for us to go ahead and do it. So we did it. We thought she was the home owner and didn't know that she was the mother of the home owner. This is the first time in more than 50 years this has ever happened to us and yes we do not require a contract on small lawn care jobs of $40 your word is good enough for us in most cases. It will be sad if this has to change.

They responded very quickly. They looked at the job the very next day. They could just do weekly maintenance and within a couple months it would look much better, but they really felt that all the old growth should be completely removed and started over. I got the quote for the maintenance (once per week) quickly, about $350/month. However, they were unwilling to only come twice a month which is what I really needed. Once a week was more than I needed. It took them three weeks to finally give me the estimate for removing all the current growth, and that was the shocker. The quote was just short of $10,000. The area was about 110 feet long and probably 15' wide. I had given up on the company since I had emailed about the quote and never got a reply before I hired another company in the meantime. That company charged $950 to do the same work. It took two people about 10 hours to clear up the area. I remain baffled at $10,000. I own a 7500lb excavator in WA state and could have done that job in half the time by myself. Again, I can't imagine why the estimate was so high. 20 hours of manual labor...$9,951. That's nearly $500 an hour! Edit: after seeing the owners response, I'm still baffled. If the very few stumps that were left were to be completely removed, I could have rented an excavator for a day for less than $300. This entire job with a small excavator was a days work for one person. That would have included complete stump removal. Removing the stumps that were left would have literally taken minutes with an excavator, and yes, there was plenty of room for using one in that area.

I'm sorry, but we only do weekly year-round lawn maintenance and have been doing<br>it that way for over fifty years. The landscape work that we estimated was to dig up and remove all the old and over grown shrubs that were very close to a building and would take a lot of hand work. The person that actually did the job just<br>sawed them off and left the stumps. What we estimated and what was done are no<br>where close to the same job. It may have been just a miscommunication.

All of our landscaping and lawn care estimates are free except for pond clean up and repair, unless you can send us 4 or 5 pictures of your pond then we may be able to give you a free estimate over the phone, but if we have to come out we do charge $85. The office manager told her that it would be $85 for us to come out and give the estimate and then we called her before we went out and told her again the charge and she said that would be fine. We went out saw pond and gave estimate. We did exactly what we told her we were going to do.
