I’ve been using their service since we bought our house in May. Service was great and we were happy. In November our tech said he had been out to spray and I had texted him saying we never saw him. But I smelled the spray in the front yard and didn’t question it further. The following day I noticed extreme activity in our back yard so I texted the tech h to inform him as well as called the office but they were closed. . I called again Monday asking to get retreated since i didn’t feel like they had properly treated our back yard. I asked to speak to a manager and they informed me Holly the owner would contact me. Two days later I called to follow up and was informed they refunded me and decide to terminate my service. So be aware of this company. As long as you don’t question this company they will gladly take your money every three weeks. But if you call to question the treatment they avoid you don’t return your call and decide on their own to terminate lol. Worst customer service ever!!! I’m happy to take my business elsewhere!!

JT has taken care of our property for two years. We back up to trees an have two streams so we used to be eaten alive. Now we enjoy our patio without any mosquitoes carrying us away. Thanks JT and Joe. Thx.

So far, so good. Had the first treatment and I noticed a difference in the amount of flying EVERYTHING in my yard. I only requested mosquito treatment, however, seems to have been a deterrent to all the lil flying creatures that like to congregate in my yard (:•{ ***update*** I have been using the Mosquito Joe’s for 2yrs now and the services continue to keep those mosquitos at bay. I’ve used this service a few times for two different properties and so far they have been great. They have unbeatable pricing and flexible treatment services so you don’t get stuck in an overpriced contract! I like the fact that they educate customers on the safety of their products, there’s also two treatment options, both are safe for kids and pets once they dry down in about 30 minutes. One is essential oil based and I know a lot of people that would prefer this option! Another thing I love is the transparency and how easy it is to communicate. I can text back and forth for any needs. They always let me know when they are coming a day and an hour in advance as well as leaving a note letting me know who visited. One of my properties is very wooded and I watched them very thoroughly treat the entire thing and I was extremely impressed.

JT went above and beyond where others hadn’t. Right from the start, you could tell he really cared about making sure his treatment would be effective. Update: Unfortunately the treatment itself doesn’t work. Beware—they say it’s “guaranteed” but all that means is when it doesn’t work—they spray more of what doesn’t work at a discount! But you still have to pay for all the sprays that still didn’t work before the discounted spray that didn’t work. So several weeks and a couple hundred wasted dollars later…I’m back to sitting in front of a fan outside and swatting the ones that get around it to land on me.

The customer service was first class. I was contacted several times to make sure the outside pests were under control. We didn’t have one complaint about insects. I highly recommend their services. I plan to use this company for my next event. There were 1.5 acres to treat. We had 300+ people at the family reunion.

At first it was unbelievable that I was able to enjoy my deck without getting bitten. As time went on it was like the treatment was not working as well as before. I had to have a few retreats.
