Charles is one of the most upstanding businessmen I have had the pleasure of meeting. He truly cares more about his customers than the bottom line. His knowledge of the industry is superb, and he's willing to share it. His approach of partnering with his clients, has created a happy and bug free customer base. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs professional pest control, customized to their actual needs, rather than just getting their baseboards sprayed with poison.

Charles is the absolute best! He is so kind and sweet. He genuinely cares for his customers. He has always followed up with me to be sure the bugs are gone (we have ants every Feb/March) and he even sends handwritten thank you notes. HIGHLY recommend.
