Absolutely great service from Sean who got our job completed today after another company let us down. Our real estate closing will be completed on time because of his diligence. Kudos for some great customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Even with the weather not cooperating, he took his time to check the basement and interior thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and gave me peace of mind about the process.

Called about a possible bee/wasp infestation. The next day Sean was out to reassure me that it was only carpenter bees. Very professional and helpful. He also took the time to knock down a dormant wasp nest hanging off a gutter (that was very high up). All of this for free. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future.

Sean from Truly Nolen was incredibly professional and responsive. He arrived within 24 hours of our initial call, explained everything clearly, and the price for the termite treatment and prevention was fantastic. I highly recommend his company if you're dealing with termite issues—make them your first call!

Extremely nice people. I used pest control service twice but was let down twice. First time they couldn’t consistently eliminate ants so I hired someone else and that person fixed ants. Next I hired for roaches and they couldn’t fix it.

Tech came out to inspect termite bait traps but sprayed for pests instead I called and questioned why I didn't receive the correct service. Tech came back later that day and inspected the traps. He didn't seem sure where they were all located so I explained that they should have a diagram showing the original placement of each trap. Hopefully he found them all.

This company decided to call me back one week later after requesting information through website and two phone calls. I would definitely recommend not using them.

Absolutely worst pest inspection company. If you are a mortgage company doing an inspection - STEER CLEAR! I have used over 100 different pest inspection companies because of my employment, and this is by far the worst. This owner no called, no showed on my homeowner, after scheduling an appointment and confirming it the day before. No Bs. Steer clear if you need something done on time.

Despite the other good ratings, these guys seem sketchy to me. I asked them to check out my home for pests: paid $125. They come back and say 'termites $900'. I asked about other pests, they say 'you didn't ask us to check for those'. I'm trying to figure out what the home needs, can't get a straight answer. fun fact: another inspector 3 days later said 'no termites'. So, these guys may have lied about the termites, and - in any case - could not explain to me what they were going to do - or why

Ok!! I am soooo happy to rate Truly Nolen 5 stars! Any miscommunication that occurred, was professionally handled and even received an unexpected bonus!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Tried to stick it out & support this company for a couple reasons but to no avail. They were never able to fully get rid of the pest issue, more damage was done to my home and customer service was hit/miss. Sometimes, they answered. Sometimes, they did not. I finally gave up and called a few others. A new company came out and actually went over some of the work that Truly Nolen did and showed me pictures of holes that were never even properly covered!!! This is my damn money I'm spending for subpar service!! I'd already complained about it the manager and multiple employees that were sent out... now I have actual damage to my home because these incompetent idiots never sealed up the holes in my wall. I don't know if these other reviews are fake, written by employees, family or what but no other pest control company has perfect 5 stars. Over a grand lost and still had to spend $$$ elsewhere. I canNOT recommend!
