Kellco services our office in McDonough and so bugs are not a problem for us. We did have some wasps start showing up in our office and Cody was sent out to look for the way they were getting in and take care of the problem. First of all, Cody is a super nice guy. Very professional. He looked EVERYWHERE to find where they were getting in and found the access spot on our roof! He climbed up there and knocked out the problem. Great experience. You can't go wrong with Kellco for pest control!

I hired Kellco after my next door neighbor recommended them. Kellco picks up when you call them! No "Press 1 to x, Press 2 to y..." The number of palmetto bugs went down to zero after they came out to treat my house, and Robert comes every 3 months. He also installed and checks my termite stations. I pay $350/year for termite, and additional $120 quarterly for general pest spray. I feel like my house is in good hands with Kellco. Highly recommend!

Rude office people

The guys always take extra time to do a great job! We had a pesky little tiny mouse that we could not capture. The guys placed traps in suspect areas and offered to return and check on them.

I have had only great experiences w/ Kellco! I first met Richard while he was completing treatments at a home where I was housesitting. After moving into a new place and running into issues with our indoor cats getting fleas, I sent a note via the company website to get a quote and have someone come out. They were super friendly and responsive from the start. I was able to schedule a service with Richard the same week. He did a thorough home inspection, provided a helpful consultation about our flea issue, and took care of a general service as well. Everything was explained clearly, and their pricing was fair. I felt like Richard definitely took the time to discuss a custom course of action for us specifically rather than providing a generic sales package.

We have used Kelco for over 5 years and absolutely love them. They handle both our pest and termite control and anytime we have had a pest issue (which is rare) they immediately come out and it is resolved. Specifically, our technician Jeremey is the best and so knowledgeable! We highly recommend them.

Kellco has been absolutely great for my home! Since buying my home in 2022, they have performed quarterly pest control and I’ve found it to be extremely effective. I live in a very wet, wooded area where there will naturally be a lot of bugs. On the off chance that a bug sneaks into my home, it’s always dying/dead by the time I find it. They are consistent, reliable, and fairly priced. Robert, my technician, always takes time to educate me on different ways I can help reduce bugs in and around my home. He has been my regular technician for a long time and knows my home history very well, asks me about past problems, etc which is nice because he always knows the exact spots to target. I can be a bit dramatic when it comes to bugs but Kellco gives me peace of mind!

The best best best best pest control ever! We moved into a new home where the previous owners were hoarders, so roaches made frequent visits! YUCK! Literally one visit and they were gone and it’s been months and months and i havent seen them yet. All the techs are super friendly and professional, even the people who work in the office are wonderful! So quick and easy to schedule and the price can not be beat! If i’m ever having any issues they come right out and take care of it! I Love Kellco !

After 3 years of horrible lack of customer service with Terminix after 25 years as a loyal customer, I was a pleasure to have Kellco service my home for pest control and eventually for terminate protection. I’ve had two quarterly treatments now with Jeremy then with Cody and both were professional, and knowledgeable in their profession. Very impressed and happy I found this company.

Kellco shows up on time, makes scheduling and payment easy, and their techs are effective and knowledgeable. In a world of subpar service, it's refreshing to work with Kellco.

We called Kellco for an inspection on a home sale. After inspection, I was told that there was no evidence of wood destroying organisms, but we can’t receive letter unless we received a treatment for $799. Something like this could have been stated upon ordering the inspection. Wasted both our time on a short closing.

They are good in their on-time service and since last year I had no problems but now I see cockroaches in my house even though they provided their quarterly service last month. Little disappointed!

For over 4 months I tried numerous of times to contact this company just to reinstated my termite bond. Through constant email sent, I finally got a response from the company stating a tech can come to property and inspect/replace termite station tomorrow. I replied, with high hopes that this situation would be rectified. After all I have waited months for this. But I was wrong to think the best. I left work early and NO ONE ever showed to my property. So this time I did not use the direct email from the lady that emailed me about reinstating my service, I filled out "comment section" on the Home website hoping that someone will see my frustrating of this lack of professionalism. The response couple days later were that "I apologize and I am out of the office but will contact you on Monday to speak with you." NO ONE Ever called on Monday. SO with that being said I found another company that responded to my request within 15mins and came to my home the next day. I will never recommend this company to anyone unless you like unresponsiveness.

Classic bait & switch. After inspecting onsite, a quote was given for $1200 explaining it included clean up of crawlspace ($400), Vapor barrier ($400), and Fungus treatment ($500) with $100 off for all three. I called and texted several times explaining I only want the first two when accepting the job. They acknowledged, showed up 2 hours late to the job, and insisted that I must pay $1200 whether I want to fungus treatment ($30 bottle at Home depot) or not. "It is more work than we anticipated" How much can really change in two weeks since the scoping, in a crawlspace nobody has gone into? Also, they claimed there was no evidence of termites, however, completely missed the termites infestation near the side door caught by another company. Buyers BEWARE of trying to upsell on fungus removal, poor communication, and setting bad expectations. Word of advice... just be honest and set the right expectations up front!

They got rid of our major ant problem we had in our house that Arrow could not do. They are always on time, knowledgeable & friendly. Thanks Richard and Evan! Get rid of your Big Guy today and call Kellco!
