If one pest control approach doesn't work, Dustin tries another until he gets it figured out and the issue is resolved. Also, Dustin is prompt in his replies and is punctual in his arrival when we've scheduled a service window. I very much appreciate Dustin and Northwest.

I called Northwestern Exterminating about a bed bug inspection. I was covered in mysterious bites and could not determine whether or not I had bed bugs. I chose Northwestern for the inspection because of their friendly receptionist, free inspections and free followups. The exterminator Rocco was incredibly helpful and professional. He looked at pictures of my bites. Inspected my sheets, mattress, couch and cat bed for both bed bugs and fleas. After a thorough inspection he determined that it was highly unlikely that I have bed bugs and that encouraged me to call back if I have similar bites so he could take another look at my mattress and bedding. Overall the staff at Northwestern was thorough but not pushy. The company seems very customer friendly and helpful. Needless to say they will be my go to exterminator in the future. I highly recommend them.

I have had Northwest for 13 years, and the technicians are awesome. My favorite is Dustin always so kind.

They have been coming to my apartment for about 6 months biweekly for a roach problem. And instead of the problem being fixed or even lessening the issue is getting worse. They spray very small amounts in one area of the kitchen and bathroom and that's it. No matter how many times I have asked him to spray more..he refuses!! This is ridiculous!! Do not use this company unless you want to just be throwing your money away!! And yes, he is supposed to be spraying the other apartments in this building as well and still no help. He must have water in that sprayer instead of insecticide sad

Was selling a property and needed a termite inspection per contract. Was told I would have it within 24 hours. Over a week I had to call 3x just to get my report.

Highly recommend you use another company. We had this company for termite protection. When we got orders to move we called the company to cancel our contract. The manager told us they would not provide a refund for the portion of our contract we prepaid. We notified him of our military orders and that there is a federal law that requires them to reimburse us the unused portion of our contract. The manager stated he had never heard of the SSCRA act and had never given service members a refund on prepaid services despite being on military orders to move. I let him know it was a federal law. He said he would look it up and call me back. I’ve called multiple times and he has not returned my call.

The inspector Kirk I believe his name is is very unprofessional very rude and a liar I would even say a racist. He did an inspection on my unit didn’t spray every room like he was suppose to, then reported false information about my home. This is so very unprofessional and should be handled immediately.

Always a great experience with Northwest Exterminating. They are on time and respond quickly to phone calls and emails. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
