I just had a great experience with Casey Little who came to check out our termite barrier. He was very engaged and took the time to explain the whole termite process to me (I’m from the north so this is new territory) and then showed me how our remote barrier was doing its job. I have always had generally positive experiences with the Bughouse service guys but Casey was extremely good

Bryan was highly knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the entire pest control process and addressing all of our concerns. Bryan was motivated and so passionate in finding the right solutions for our home it really shined through the whole process. We truly felt confident in our service choice because of him. Cedric came right on time and he listened to what my concerns were about The scorpion. He sprayed both outside and inside putting traps under my bathroom sink and the kitchen sink. I like him because he listens and he truly explains why these insects want to live in my house ha ha I appreciate Bug House for their speedy response as I am alone now, and do not have a husband to take care of this for me. Andrew Allen came out and did an exclusion job after we heard noises in our attic. He was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and did a great job!!!

While on vacation, 5 squirrels found their way into my house. Our daughter found them dead when she came to check on the house. I contacted Bug House to investigate possible entry points. Even after a thorough inspection, we were not able to locate the entry point. But Bug House was not deterred. Bryan Arthur, Andrew Allen, Milton, and Xavier came out yesterday, determined to learn how the squirrels gained entry. They literally spent a couple of hours inspecting the attic, crawl space, the chimney, and the roof looking for any possible signs of activity. I have always taken a can-do approach to problem solving, and it was refreshing to see real professional singularly focused on doing just that. Customer service on this scale is so rare these days, so I felt it incumbent on me to express my deepest appreciation for the EFFORT! Honesty, integrity, professionalism, competence, and passion are attributes I hold most dear. I am grateful that there is a company that shares my values! Well done guys. Nobody can stop you from doing your job. They can make your job harder, or they can make it easier, but in no case can they stop you from doing your job! All the best.

The technician (Nick) was friendly, ahead of schedule and thorough.

Yet again, probably the 10th time, but the second in 2 weeks, scheduled appointment, cleared ALL cabinets and cannot cook or eat in my kitchens. No call, no show, and this is so frequent this is my second comment like this in a few months… Why does nobody feels they need to contact customers to cancel and appointment with this company?! Why is nobody’s time important but your own?

Employees drive like they have no sense.

The tech came out to perform the monthly service in the pouring rain. He used granules instead of the usual spray. Now my pet, Lucy, is dead. If you have outside pets, do not let them use granules in the pouring rain, it poisons the soil and your pet. RIP my sweet Lucy.

Before I guess they for pest control I was getting a mouse about every three weeks. Since they completed the work I've been getting a mouse in my house about every three weeks. I tried to get get them back out to my house, but gave up after they ignored my requests for two months. I finally hired another company that will come out in a week. They also sealed my crawl space, but i feel that their warranty on that is basically worthless.
