Do not recommend this company! I had services in my home and requested to add services at my business. The technician came out to my business and said that they could treat that location. In the beginning everything was fine but then the company hired a new technician and he took over the route that included my business. This technician would submit that he visited and serviced my business when actually he did not. I was charged for these "fake visits". I informed Massey local office and corpora

One of their drivers almost missed his turn so he decided to cut us off and nearly hit the front of our vehicle. His idea of professionalism was stopping at the red light and taking a photo of our license plate and yelling that we would hear from someone. All we did was honk at him for nearly hitting us. Their corporate number doesn't help either. Called to let them know what happened and all she could manage to understand from my complaint was that I wanted a quote. Will never do business with

Unprofessional servicer did not complete the job. I didn't even realize he left because he never came in the house to say he was done. Then he lied on his paperwork and said he knocked down 2 wasp nest that were clearly still there. Called to complain and cancel service, but was asked by mgmt for a second chance.
