Absentee owners beware. Technicians should know that there are cameras everywhere. They spent less than 5 minutes on property and claim to have treated all 3 levels and over 20 windows. This happened multiple times. Also charged over $700 for termite maintenance but many of the bait stations were not even in the ground. Showed up with no appointment and entered home without contacting us. When I contacted them to complain, they apologized and then asked when I would be paying the invoice. U

When we first moved here the realtor said Arrow was the only game in town, so that's who we went with. Big mistake! Seems like a simple request - call before you show up and start digging around so I can put on pants, wrangle our pets, clean up a bit, make for easy access to the bait stations - NOPE! They will NEVER call. They made a note to call before they come, years ago, but the note has forever gone unheeded. The note is basically useless except to reconfirm they have the note after they sh
