Chivez has been my pest control technician for at least the last 3 visits and it’s always a pleasure to see him. He is always at the door with a friendly smile and is a pleasure to talk with while he works. He discusses pest problems I may have been having and gives me solutions such as traps and asking where the problem is concentrated and spot treats those areas a little extra. He offered to help reduce the reptile issue under my garage. He did all this without having to be asked or told. He initiated the conversations. He is a super friendly and thorough guy. He was new to the area the first time I met him but since he’s still here I hope he’s planning to stay and not move back home. We can use more like him here that put customers first. If you are fortunate enough for him to be your quarterly tech you won’t be disappointed.

My experience was excellent!!! Mr. Peter Pastore was detail at explaining where and why he used the products he was using in the major areas as he was spraying. He was very thorough when placing or spraying each and every area of my home. He explained what to and not to do with cleaning and what not to clean!!! I really appreciate him explaining what was necessary for me to do to get ready of the problem. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

We are loyal Bug House customers! I’ve dealt with them personally at my home and professionally in the past when a building I worked in had a German roach infestation. They’ve been able to handle any situation we’ve had, and the staff is very kind. Our technician Bobby is fantastic. He always remembers our specific needs and requests, and he’s always friendly. He goes out of his way to make sure our home and yard is well protected. We’re sure thankful for him!
