I have used Garland for over 15 years after a friend recommended them. We had a wasp infestation in our bedroom wall and the owner came out himself to talk to us about the job. They did an excellent job at a more than fair price. Since then, I have used them for my quarterly pest service and they also did a termite treatment when I sold my house. I would not even think about using anyone else. Lou is our technician, and he does great work. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I consider him a friend!

Garland Pest Service is a step above the rest. I have used several of the big name services and everything-customer service, price and quality is so much better. I live out in the woods and have not seen one unwelcome critter since starting with Garland!

Tech has been very professional and informative as to what was happening step by step. We had one of big name companies and it was nightmare. Never wanted to come inside, wasted a year's worth of monthly fees on Terminex. Very pleased with results this year. Highly reccommend your service. Thanks .

New customer- Had an appointment for Wednesday from 2-4 pm. I rearranged my scheduled to meet with them. No one showed up or called to say that were not coming. We are all busy and prefer not to have our time wasted.

I apologize that we were not able to connect. I did come to the property and found that no one was there upon my arrival. We strive to meet all of our commitments and appointments as promised. This company is a great business in general but should absolutely receive all the local business they can handle. Mr. Garland is truly the best and after 20yrs of service still makes an appearance to ensure the customer is happy. Lou is an amazing technician my family and I are new to the neighborhood and he made sure we felt welcomed and understood the after care instructions. You will come in contact with Sarah as well she is your first point of contact and is the absolute sweetest. This is customer service at it’s finest and I’m positively thrilled that I chose Garland pest control to handle my home and lawn care needs.
