They let you know who is coming, what date and time within an hour, complete with their picture. Very poor job inspecting home i purchased. Found lists of things when moving in. Some major issues and tons of minor issues. Do Not Use for home purchase inspections. That home inspection is your last line of barganing and protection in a home deal and using cingo is costing me after the fact. Getting my pictures and lists together to contact corporate and see what my options are. One example in photo. Burnt lugs and exposed main panel in home no note of it on home inspection. Rodney hope. When i called his only explanation was people are human and make mistakes. Ive spent thousands fixing stuff that should have been found but instead he only found and notes easy “handyman” fixes.

Do not use there home inspection team, Ryan cox and Rodney Hope have zero knowledge on how to do a proper home inspection. They are costing people in Blackshear and Waycross a lot of money with there negligence. Would never recommend them to anyone!
