I contacted the number provided in these reviews and was explicitly assured that a manager would reach out to me by the close of business today. Regrettably, no such follow-up occurred. They kept making appointments to treat my place then canceling After the appointment. Then rescheduling for another day and canceling again. This happened 5xs. I was waiting for them they wasted my time. I called the office and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. It did. The manager refused to talk to me. Awful! Update: I’ve had Orkin for about 5+ years at this point. My Orkin exterminator, Derrick, is such a gem! He is so detail-oriented and meticulous when he treats my apartment. However, they moved him to a new area and the new exterminator is horrible. When Derrick was treating my apartment, I hadn’t seen a roach in years. Since the replacement came, the results after service have gotten worse and worse. I have more bugs now than I did before I moved in. He never checks the reporters( I don’t think
