I have had this company for at least 5 years at two different homes. Awesome customer service. Kacey is extremely helpful. All the guys who come are knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to always live in an area this company can service so they can maintain my quarterly services. 10/10 recommend!

We have a termite bond with AtA Family Pest Solutions. They come out quarterly to check our bait stations to be sure there is no termite activity. Today Quentin came out, my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge and passion towards his job! We asked him several questions about bugs, he educated us on ones we have in our yard and others we hope never to have around. If we hire a company for pest control, we will be calling Quentin!

call them on the phone asking for a service and i was told somebody was going to get in contact shortly an hour pass and i call them back the same lady (" Betty " was told was her name ) answer and said she never talk with me so when i said her name ( she remember me ) she ask me if somebody call me yet and i said no. I think the thing that surprise me was when i told her that i understand they don't have time to talk to me and that i will look somewhere else and she said " good luck i will throw your message then " and hung up on me . i hate to do this with this company knowing that has a very good reviews but i know they can do better. Thanks Betty for your non-costumer service !!!!

Very pleased with this company, customer service was excellent and a technician came out the same day! Technician (Justin) was very knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call this company again for any future need I have.

Folks if your looking for an exterminator this is definitely the people to call. I was having a problem with yellow jackets at one corner of my house, gave ATA a call in the morning and their technician arrived in the afternoon. The tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, what more can you ask for! I highly recommend these folks and by the way they even can remove critters if that’s your problem. Thanks ATA you’re definitely in my address book for anything in the future.
