All good stories have a happy ending, and this one is a real stinger! My husband was outside trimming the bushes and doing husbandly things on That Fateful Afternoon. Suddenly, as he nicked the top of the camellia bush he was struck by a thousand tiny, angry, evil little homewreckers hell bent on letting him know that he was in enemy territory. As he retreated across the yard faster than the road runner through a barren desert wasteland, all the while screaming expletives, he realized what had just happened-...he had been assaulted by a hive of bald-faced hornets, intent on making sure that our old front door was now their new front door, next the house they now owned. For three days we waged chemical warfare. Nothing, nada. We were pinned down in enemy territory. Fortunately, the internet and common sense gave us the ability to call the folks at Prime Pest and plead with them to enter into negotiations with us to join forces and take back our front door stoop. I experienced a mixture of glee and intense gratification when, to my complete satisfaction, Prime Pest came out same day and sent two Frontline Soldiers to exterminate the basketball sized home of these tiny flying menaces with swords on their butts. I watched them bat the dead nest around like a cat playing with its prey, to my utter delight. WE HAVE WON AND TAKEN BACK OUR FRONT STOOP! Huzzah! P.S. We have survived. We are thriving. The home is ours once more. And seriously, if you need THE friendliest, MOST efficient, and BEST pest solutions around, give these guys a call. I have them on speed dial now for future pest needs and I am so pleased with both the two techs that came out, and the office folks I was in contact with. They were incredibly responsive and great. And they actually seemed to love their jobs, too, which was a huge bonus. Support small town business, and give these folks a call. 12/10 Highly Recommend.

Prime Pest was the pest control company servicing my home when I purchased it, and I decided to give them a try. My technician, Matt, did an amazing job with his communication and always worked to ensure I was happy with his services. Becky, who supports from an administrative side also did an amazing job. The difficulty just arose, when Matt had to leave the company. When the new technician arrived, he did not have a pole long enough to knock the cobwebs off my home. This has been a service that Matt has never questioned. When I raised it, the company agreed to send someone else out, which would resolve my concern. There was, however, no specific communication in when a technician would arrive, so when he did, I was not available to point out my areas of concern. I raised this to the Brian, the owner, and he stated your son, mind you who is 10, saw that he was there. I am not sure when 10 yo’s become responsible for communication, as opposed to communicating with the adult via phone or email. Brian then went on to say he would cancel my services, as opposed to attempting to find a solution. Given Brian is the owner, it is clear he does not care about customer service, and unfortunate that I never realized he had such a negative attitude. I am grateful for all the efforts of Becky and Matt, but agree that another vendor is probably best for my family.

Excellent Service. Friendly staff (Becky) and a wonderful Pest Control Sprayer/Exterminator (Tara) that comes out. She is extremely thorough in what she does and pays attention to what she is actually doing. She does an excellent job. I could not be happier with the services that we have received in the past four years. They do a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

They are always on time and quite informative about what they see and ways to combat future issues that may arise. My usual technician Tara is very nice and always strikes up a conversation. the last time she came out she was well prepared and had glue traps on hand (which work wonders in a garage, by the way). I would highly recommend this company!!

They sprayed multiple times for mosquitoes at my home and mosquitoes are still here just as bad. I say they are always on time and nice but what they are spraying don’t work.

Terrible Experience with Unfinished Job and Poor Customer Service I had an extremely disappointing experience with this spray company. They came to my house to treat it but never finished the job. Despite this, They didn’t treat the house properly, and I was left with spiders everywhere. When I called them to come back and finish the job, they told me to call another company because I hadn’t paid for their unfinished work. The customer service was abysmal, and they were clearly unprepared for the job. The worker called me from the site, saying she couldn’t finish removing the spiders because they didn’t have a pole long enough to reach the spider webs. My house is only 20 feet tall at its highest point, which shouldn’t be an issue for a professional company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of preparation, poor service, and refusal to complete the job is unacceptable.

I really enjoy when Brain come to our center. He always have patience and greet us with a smile. Any questions that I have he answer those to the best of his ability, he appears to be very knowledgeable. He is very professional has well. Thank you so much for taking care of our center. Seeing positive reviews made me go with these guys after considering other options. I wish I could give a good review after using these guys for a year but nothing can make up for poor customer service. They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision. After a few back and forth responses, he declined to take any ownership of the issue and so I paid. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

We're very helpful and professional

We called them to come out when we had very few bugs. They came and just sprayed along the wall. They didn’t pull anything out to spray behind fridge or anything. They didn’t focus on the problem areas. We gave it about two weeks and started seeing more roaches than before and called them out again. Now we see more roaches than we used to see, they did absolutely nothing to help with our problem. I will be taking my business else where. Orkin, maybe. Just goes to show cheap isn’t always better.
