Worth the investment to protect homeowners from issues. I've been using them for over 10 years. I'm extremely satisfied with the total experience with the employees in the office to the men in the field doing the pest control service at the house. They are always careful in the house and take care of everything.

One of their technicians, Addison, kept going on and on about how much he hates pride month and LGBT people. Weird and unprofessional. Keep your politics and bigotry to yourself. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We have been customers for multiple years and have not received service over the past 6 months. The last visit the service was just performed outside and was delayed. We were supposed to be scheduled on the 1st of June to find out it wasn't even scheduled. It was then scheduled for the 22nd of June at 4 pm. No one showed and we were never called. We had to call them today at 2:30 pm to find out we weren't even on the schedule and the earliest they could get to us was July 10th!!!! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a service provider.

Only a few minutes ago (Tuesday, June 25, 2:00 PM) while traveling from Gainesville to Lula on old Cornelia Hwy, I was following a company truck that was driving erratically all over the road. Went over the center line and white line more times than I could count. Upon reaching a passing lane I looked over and it was an older man who was looking down towards the bottom of the steering wheel area... the entire time it took for me to pass him. I don't know what he was doing but it isn't so important that it's worth taking someone's life or his own life to do it. My dash cam recorded everything including the license plate number. I will not support a company that shows such disregard for life.

Our firm logs thousands of miles on the road annually and we maintain a great driving record. However, a report like this is disturbing and we take it very seriously. While one individual's error in judgement is not acceptable behavior on the highway, it should not be deemed as an accurate reflection of our firm. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can take corrective measures.
