Did a great job on removing bats and rats from attic and replacing insulation.

I paid for a tech to visit a home occupied by renters. The renters said they'd seen a snake and a mouse in the house. I was clear on the phone with the tech that there was lots of clutter in the home, but the renters would be there to move it. The renters said the tech found and repaired the place of entry/exit and put down mouse traps. They said the tech said the sanke went back outside. I don't know how the tech came to that conclusion. The renters were clear that the tech did not look around the house or move from the location that the snake was originally seen in & did not look for mice at all. My brother went to the house later that day and saw the snake moving from under the fridge in the kitchen. I paid for service that I evidentally could've just had my brother complete.

This was a hard dead animal removal. In the end they were unable to remove it but Kevin went above & beyond trying. It was in a culvert & Kevin actually went in!! He went as far as he could but couldn’t get close enough. They gave us good ideas on dealing with the odor. I would definitely recommend them & call on them again.
