They offer organic pest control methods verses their competitors, always communicate with me about planning our next appointment, then communicate again when they are headed over to our home, are friendly and personable with me and our kiddos, are very knowledgeable and take care of any pest concerns. We have been using them for years and they are now like family to us! There is no other company that we will use after utilizing Earth Right Exterminating, LLC for all of our pest control needs!

This company claims to be animal friendly yet it boasts of killing snakes and even claims harmless snakes as being venomous ones. They can’t even properly identify reptiles or admit when they are wrong! I’d never hire a company that can’t bother to further their education to ensure proper handling of all animals.

We having been using Earth Right for about eight years now. Every time I call, I am treated with courtesy and respect. I have sent pictures in the middle of the night ‘Oh my gosh what is this?’ My first adventure was brown recluses. They have been with me every step of the way even through COVID they were here doing maintenance. They have done so much research to find just the right products that do not impact my asthma nor hurt my elderly pets. I’m a totally disabled veteran with health issues you never want. But they make sure our safety is first. I cannot express how satisfied I am with their service is the best. I will never use anyone else.

The exterminator is very thorough, precise, and friendly. Very knowledgeable of all types of insects and how to keep them from invading your space. Whatever the ingredients in the insect formula is a game changer. I haven’t seen any critters of any kind visiting me for since he started. Our technician (Steve) was really good. He took the time to explain what he was doing and also what we would need to do after he left. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had our areas done very quickly. The scheduling process went very smoothly and the lady on the phone was very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend Earth Right Exterminating to anyone looking to get rid of pests around your home or business. We will definitely be using them in the future.

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would absolutely would. I worked as a termite technician for a top company for a couple of years and this company was called to do my termite inspection. The technician showed up with his kids in the truck, looked around the exterior wall and didn't even crawl the crawlspace. I directed him to the one area of my property where termites had been located, drywall had been removed for inspection purposes and the termites were eradicated. He indicated on his report that there was evidence of termites and not that the area had been treated. He recommended an 1800$ resolution despite the fact my property is literally surrounded by Sentricon bait stations. He also debated the efficacy of Sentricon. If your joke of a company could get approved for its use you would understand why new constructions and the white house alike have flocked to the system. Call anyone else.

Such an amazing company! Imagine moving into a house and learning 2 months in that it was INFESTED with scorpions...it was so bad, we thought we would have to move😬 I had many terrifying nights and along with the scorpions, other pests to deal with....however... This company went above and beyond to help us and after nearly a year and a half? Barely any! And those found are dead👍 They not only researched and found a unique chemical to kill them; but also went under the house twice, wiping out 9 nests while sealing all voids and openings. The care and diligence shown make this a top company in my book. They do not stop until your problem is solved.

they have no problem coming back to check on the job if I had concern that all of the yellowjackets were not eradicated. I have used them three times for yellowjackets and will use them again for any other pest issues.

My family and I are very pleased with Chris and his team at Earth Right. We've been a client for a few years now and continue to have a very positive experience. He is always on time (which is important to me with a small child) and is responsive to any new bugs we see inside and outside of the home. He is very pleasant to work with and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. We cannot recommend him enough to the community. Great company, highly recommend!

They have treated our house and are very at what they do

Love that its pet friendly and safe for children, but my landlord had a agreement with this company to come out, and came to find out, they had a key to my home, was entering it while I was at work, had different scheduled days when we asked when she was pretty much invading our home, and we were UNAWARE she was coming onto property for 6 months !!! I started staying home more often for the simple fact of us finding out we had a complete stranger entering our home. Also we addressed the matter with cleva the day she showed up and tried walking into our home without even knocking ! After the first issue happened and me and my husband found out, we were never notified of when she was showing up, she would just show up whenever! I highly do not approve of someone breaking into my home while I am trying to make a living and work. I highly recommend a 24 hour notice for your customers and NEVER enter someones home without consent, because that is a easy charge and lawsuit on the company. Really disappointed with how invading this company has been. VERY unprofessional.

My mom has had Earthright coming out to her and my grandads house for awhile to do pest control at first they had Cleva coming out and she was ok but pretty much half way did tha jobb. They continued to have issues one day cleva told mom to clean out the cabinets because she was going to spray the cabinets out for the palmetto bugs she never showed up mom called and cleva stated that she had a headache so she went home and just said I'll get you on another day after mom had already waited several hours around the house on her and cleared out all the cabinets. They sent a young guy out the past couple times that actually did a good job and was very respectful but mom is going to just go to another company because she's had issues from cleva and issues from the office when she calls in about a service call.
