All Good Pest Solutions

I have done business with all good pest control for quite some time now, however since they have merged with 3 other companies they have become the worst company to deal with. My debit card was charged in May and June for a fee that should have never been charged to me for service that was never done. Since June 20th I have been on the phone every other day trying to get my $300 back that was charged on my card. I have spoken with some of the rudest managers and higher up. No one seems to want to help to get the money back to me. I have been told lie after lie from several employees including a manager Charles Smith that promised to return my calls after I would call him every day to try and get my money back, for him to finally say “he knows nothing about the matter” after I had been speaking yo him for days about the situation. It is August 10th and they have yet to refund the money that should have never been charged to my bank acct for service that has never been done. Horrible people to deal with!!!!

Exterminator was very professional and delightful. He was very thorough in treating the house. I started seeing results quickly. I highly recommend this company!!

Very nice owners. They were both extremely helpful. Answering questions like " Who Else do ya recommend?" and they gave me 2 really good also helpful options. They only come up this way once a month.. (can't say I blame em). Turns out I was in a panic over a kind of beetle.!! It pays to call a professional Before you panic . Googling a foreign insect is the bug version of using Web M.D. to look up a rash.
