I had bug problems inside and out of my mom's house when I moved into my mom's house. I called Mark to come and fix my problems. It didn't take long for his work and knowledge of my problems to correct and eliminate them. Once it was completed he started coming every other month for like a routine maintenance so I don't have a reoccurring problem. His work is very professional and prices are very affordable. I would encourage anyone to use his services.

Mark Powell prepared an invalid termite letter on a house I bought. I don’t know if it was sheer incompetence, or if he was trying to help the seller. Here are photos of mud tubes and fungus he missed. He also failed to notice an active rat infestation. He says he never had a problem with any other job, and that may be true, but it cost me several thousand dollars to correct all these issues.
