I have used Gatlin pest control for around 20+ years. There has always been the best service ever. Wither I have come him and with the weather had ants in my kitchen or even a squirrel in my attic, they have made sure to get to me the next day or within a few. With all the different technician I have had over the years they have all been trust worthy, personable and polite. The owners of the company are the same. Any question I have over any service they have made sure I understand everything no matter the question. I refer to all my friend and family anytime someone asks. There fore I would refer them to anyone reading this. Wonderful family owned business.

Gatlin Pest control has recently been coming to our house this past few months, and they have gone above any beyond to make sure our concerns are met. Their schedule is flexible to fit with our work schedule, and they are always there when they say they will be. We wanted to support a local business instead of a larger chain for our pest control and insect needs to keep our yard and house treated for our family. They ended up being friendlier, more reliable, more effective, AND CHEAPER than our previous pest control company. Gatlin Pest Control is the best! They’re incredibly honest, which is rare these days. My mom was stung multiple times while mowing the lawn, so I called and they came out quickly. The technician took the time to explain everything and showed me that there were actually two nests, not just one—and the queen was in the second nest. This company will try to mandate 1300 hundred dollar termite treatsments when you get your house inspected.Even when their forced to admit you have NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES.Scam compan,save your money and avoid them.

Truck with the tag # ending in 3231 was driving in the passing lane with both hands on his phone on JR Allen parkway at 8:50am today. Dangerous. I’d never use this pest control. Post reply edit: Sorry I didn’t call but maybe just broadly retraining everyone especially whoever was driving that pick up with that tag number “hey guys don’t be driving all slow in the passing lane so when the car that wants to pass you finally gets to they’re so annoyed they snitch on you for being on your phone with both hands” Adjusting to 3 stars to be more fair as I have no clue how good the service is.

My company contracted Gatlin pest control for an all clear letter for a relocation. They had to come out 3 separate times because they did not get everything they needed the first time. They then put in the letter one of the rooms had too many boxes against the walls to check (we are moving) but never asked us to move anything in their 3 visits. After three visits they gave us a report that was not an “all clear” although we did not have ANY signs of termites or termite damage. They stated that we had conducive conditions for termites like mulch and a wooden fence touching soil and would need preventative treatment over $1100 to issue an all clear letter so they were not liable for treatment with the new owners. Per the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission “If they say they are bound to provide free pest control to the new owner just because they issued a clear letter is not accurate unless they sell a bonded warranty or a treatment contract that includes that , which it doesn’t sound like they did. This is a common pressure tactic pest control companies use. They identify “conducive conditions” (like wood mulch or fences touching soil) and refuse to issue an all-clear unless you pay for preventive measures. But this is not required if there is no active infestation or visible damage. The Structural Pest Control Act governs these inspections and ensures you aren’t forced into treatment as a condition for issuing a report or an all clear letter.” I spoke to Josh who did offer a refund on the initial inspection which is why I’m giving two stars but just did not feel they handled this situation ethically. It caused a lot of stress during an already stressful time with moving. We were issued an all clear letter in 24 hours after another company came out and inspected.

Hands down the best pest control around! The people are so sweet, super friendly, and really easy to work with. They’re flexible with scheduling and—most importantly—it actually works! Highly recommend them if you want great service and results.

I been using Gatlin for 5 years now, my tech is Patrick he's very friendly, on time and through, I haven't had any bugs since Patrick started spraying for me, thank you so much Patrick for doing such a great Job an for taking such good care of your customers.
