Alijah at Knox Pest Control is AMAZING. Super professional, on time, and really knows his stuff. He broke everything down so I understood exactly what was going on and made sure the job was done thoroughly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares. He treated my home with care, answered all my questions without rushing, and followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. Chris is the absolute best, he made friends with every roach in my house, fed them, loved them and built a relationship with them based on a foundation of love and trust to lead them out of my home in a single file line. Haven’t had a problem since! I highly recommend him not only based on our roach experience but we have also had a massive mouse problem.. as we live across from a field, Chris hand fed and caught every single mouse in our house, knows them by their full government name and truly builds a relationship with these pests before he ushers them into a new life non affiliated with our own.. I can not recommend Chris enough.. if you want someone to really get to KNOW your pest problems, ask for Chris!!

Chris showed up today on time. He was very personable. He did amazingly fast but thorough work. He was very understanding of my little dogs barking at him and he was patient with me moving them from one room to the other so he could continue his amazing service. My older dog Moose became his big helper as he followed him room to room. Chris always does an amazing job. He is knowledgeable about different kinds of pests and if the spray he is spraying covers them. He also knows that the animals can't go outside until dry. Knox Pest Control is lucky to have such a great asset on their team of amazing Pest Control Professionals or as I like to tell my dogs "It's Just Chris the Bug Guy chill out". 3 years later and still we have a German roach infestation that they just refuse to deal with and get rid of. Communication and lies from them and the apartment management company that they work with for my home.

Since the time of this review post it is our understanding that the District Manager was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for you. Manager updated us that he performed a thorough inspection and made a crack and crevice bait application throughout the unit utilizing several bait types (in the event there is bait shyness or resistance built up to one product). Manager informs us his intent is to provide a follow up visit in the next 5-8 days. Thanks, The Knox Customer Service Team
