This Review is long overdue. This company is THE BEST!!! I came across their path in 2024 and I won't use anyone else ever again!! From Bed BUGS (1st Time Ever having them & Freaking Out) to Spiders to Drain Flys in my now Brand New Home ... they have given a solution that has worked for it ALL!! The Knowledge and Education that Cameron has given me is PRICELESS!! So not only did they solve every Mystery with their Pest Detective Skills... Cameron always explains everything well and answers all of my sometimes crazy questions (lol😆). The Entire Team/ Family has Excellent Customer Service Skills and are so Patient & Kind. I am so Grateful to THE MOST HIGH for them all, but Especially my Pest Control Professor Cameron 😆 ❤️. Call them ASAP if you have any issues and tell them Tamara sent you... You Will Not Be Disappointed!

I recently had an outstanding experience with The Pest Detective. From the moment I called, their customer service (Amanda-the owner) was friendly and responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly, and the technician (Cameron) arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle my pest issue. What impressed me the most was their thoroughness. They took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all my questions. After the treatment, I noticed a significant improvement, and I haven’t seen any pests since! I highly recommend The Pest Detective to anyone dealing with pest problems. Their professionalism and expertise truly set them apart from the rest!

Best in the area! From routine treatments to speciality applications, they do it all and do it perfect! We have used them for routine, scheduled pest control, speciality applications (yard treatments) and termite bonds/inspections. We can not recommend them enough!!

I called to inquire about info and they were quick to respond, competitively priced and even got me in for a same day appointment! Would recommend them to anyone! The technician who came out to spray went above and beyond for us crawling under the house to spray and everything even in the rain.

Worst pest control company ever!!! I called this office a week ago to have my home serviced and initiate a termite certificate. I spoke with a rep and was told that a tech will come to my home two days later on his way home. I was also told that I would receive information via email detailing services and contract information. Never received the information and the tech never showed. Then to add insult to injury, I receive a call and a text asking for payment for services I never received! And to top it all off, the rep tells me that they tracked the techs vehicle to my neighborhood, but not my residence. Huh? Why would I lie about something as simple as a consultation appointment? This is by far the worst experience I have had with a company.

We would be happy to provide you with a complimentary service .Your experience did not meet the expectation we strive to achieve . The documents were sent out on 5/22 at 10:44 AM . They say delivered however ,they do sometimes go to spam the first time we email . If you still do not see them after checking the spam it's possible I mistyped your email . The Pest Detective's were fantastic. When i called they were able to answer most of my questions. When the technician arrived he walked through everything. We had a lengthy conversation about my issues. Never once did he try.to upset me. In fact, just the opposite occurred. Following the inspection, he made a couple of suggestions, and didn't charge me at all. If I am unable to resolve this issue on my own, they will be getting a call. A great company, professional and courteous. Great experience!
