Mark and his team are awesome. They were recommended by a friend and I am so glad we changed companies. We live in the country and Mark also takes care of our barn: He takes care of every situation vs others that said, “…there is not much we can do about that…”. He also is very successful controlling fire ants which is important to us due to our grandsons severe allergies to ant bites. I highly recommend them.

They answered my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The inspector arrived on time, was very courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I cannot recommend Matt enough! I started hearing wasps inside one of my walls and freaked out. My previous pest control company pretty much had me convinced there was nothing an every day pest control company could do and that I was going to need to pay someone thousands to cut into my wall to fix the issue. I reached out to TruNorth and from day one Matt made it his mission to solve the issue. He was extremely communicative every step of the way, constantly checking in to see if the treatments had worked even when I would forget myself. And he never gave up until the wasps were completely gone. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work these days, Matt is truly a gem. TruNorth has a new loyal customer in me!
