I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Amber. I found myself in a really stressful situation with a mouse stuck in a trap—still alive—right at the end of the day when all the technicians were already gone. I felt completely stuck and didn’t know what to do. When I called, Amber answered—even though it was near closing time. She didn’t rush me off the phone or tell me to wait until the next day. Instead, she showed genuine compassion and understanding, and without hesitation, she came out herself to help me. She absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to anyway. That level of care, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes about her character and the values of this company. It’s rare to find people who are that dedicated to helping others, especially after hours. Because of Amber, what could have been a terrible experience turned into one where I felt supported and taken care of. If this is the kind of service they provide, I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Truly exceptional.

I was a first-time customer and contacted this company due to a severe spider problem. I was finding spiders throughout my home multiple times a day, and it had become overwhelming. Derryl came out and treated both the interior and exterior of my house, including spider brushing my deck, which made an immediate difference. After starting every-other-month service, I can confidently say the results have been excellent. Over the past five months, I have only seen two spiders total, which is a dramatic improvement from where we started. Derryl was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on other pest concerns as well, including carpenter bees and what my options would be for the coming year. Overall, the service has been thorough, professional, and effective. I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pest issues or looking for reliable, ongoing pest control.

The technicians here are fine. The management is horrible. I purchased a home in Mccaysville and needed pest control. I emailed Caleb Duggan at Terminator a photo of the termite stations currently in place and asked if they could use those. He said 'no problem whatsoever' after seeing the photos. Next time I came up there was a pile of the existing stations on my porch and new stations of the exact same kind were put in the same holes where they were. And left me a bill over $1,000. Amy Mason, who calls herself the big kahuna over there, said she would charge me the normal changeover fee they would have charged, about $500, but she never followed through. She would not return my calls after that. I forwarded Caleb's email with confirmation of photo and Caleb's comments. Terminator has been sending bogus invoices for about three years with late fees. Last week I received a threatening letter from Haley Falls from Terminator. No way to run a business. If there was a negative star ranking, I would have used that one. MB
