Nextgen helped a lot when it came to getting rid of rats from my attic. After calling them the first time, they came out the next day to get started. Roberto was the guy handling the traps. He was well informed and had answers for anything I was asking him. Jay handled the wildlife exclusion. He sealed off any spots he found that rodents could enter. I noticed a growing mouse problem on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and submitted a request for an inspection that night. Pretty late at night too. Thanksgiving morning I was surprised to get a call from the company, and even more surprised to hear they were able to send someone out to check things out on Black Friday. From the time Jay arrived, he was respectful of my home and addressed all my concerns. He communicated in detail what was needed for the inspection and follow-up treatment.
