I now have monthly service from Adams and my technician Devin does a fantastic job each month. Bug free and exactly the way I wanted it, thanks again! My 1st or initial treatment plan went good. The visit was set up by Anita in the office who was very helpful and knowledgeable about my treatment schedule and future plan. The visiting technician JBen called and discussed the treatment after completion and helped setup the future plan as well. Hopefully, this will take care of any future pest issu

I can’t recommend Adams. They had my contract for several years, however one bad experience and I have cancelled my contract. One week they treated- next week I have ants in my house. They come to treat the kitchen area while I’m out of town for the ants and leave the sink running on hot - for 3 1/2 days. That’s not the issue - things happen. Customer service was the issue. After explaining the circumstances, they said their guy didn’t do it and offered nothing more. Not another per

Great service and customer service. Plenty of notice and good communications. I would give it 5 stars, but this is not Don. My name is Patti. I hired you, and the one you talk to on the phone and The one you communicate with every month prior to service. You text Patti's phone. A small thing, but weird to get text messages for my husband in my phone.
