After months of Top Turf consistently only treating my front yard and completely ignoring the backyard and sides, I finally called them to see what was going on. Not only was I told “sorry we aren’t going to retest it and we aren’t going to refund you” but I was met with the RUDEST, nastiest customer service representatives who did not want to help at all. In fact, they will gaslight you and tell you they won’t connect you to a supervisor for help. Specifically, Tonya, Carlotta, and Marshall are the rudest and most disrespectful customer service people I’ve ever encountered. Not only does Top Turf do a terrible job with the actual service provided, but their customer service is even worse. Long story short - don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other lawn care companies that will take better care of your lawn and treat you like a decent human being.

Today we had our first application with TopTurf. Cale Atherton was very friendly and professional and took good care of treating our lawn as well as promptly emailing notes and recommendations to me afterwards. I'm looking forward to this relationship with TopTurf and looking forward to great results in my yard.

I received an email about restarting my service for $58 for the first application and $108 for each application after that. I called and spoke to Ayden to discuss more in detail. I advised him that the back/side doesn't need service due to dirt and to reduce the cost. He removed that section and provided me with a new quote which was only a few dollar difference. I wanted to call and receive other quotes from other company's. He offered to call me back. After playing phone tag for a few days we finally were able to talk to get something on the books. I wanted to confirm the previous prices with him to ensure we were on the same page. When I asked how much the entire yard would be he said $180. Which I find interesting considering what the email offer was and what he advised me last time which was only a few dollar differenct from the email quote. At this point I lost interest in wanting to sign up for service because of the huge price discrepancy he advised me of which it sound like he was guessing by the way...Which sucks because I know they provide good service and I was looking forward to starting my service back with them.
