I've been a customer of this company for years. Since they sold to mega-corp Terminix (which they didn't even inform me they were doing), I haven't been able to reach a real person on the phone. The number Google has for them points to a personal cell phone with a full mailbox. This local small business with great people is long gone.

I have used Decatur pest control for a few years now. And recently they were bought out by Terminix. They failed to communicate this to their customers. I just got a bill in the mail from terminix without knowing anything. Very poor customer service.
