This company is currently under contract with our HOA. We are a huge subdivision- nearly 1000 houses. I am constantly disappointed in their work. They cut corners each time they are here. They cut wet grass and leave piles of clippings, they don’t weed whack around every tree, they don’t pull weeds from rock and mulch beds- they simply weed whack them. They often miss areas when using the blower. The person who edges does an atrocious job- our grass has been cut back 3 inches from the sidewalk in areas. It is clear their team isn’t trained well. The work is sloppy and we have seen lots of damage done to the lawn in our community. I would not recommend them for a large community- they seem like they’re in over their heads with our community. I’ll be advocating for the board to not renew their contract.
