We have been so pleased with Jason and this company! We’ve used several larger competitors and the quality was so dependent on what tech you got and how well they were trained and if they cared. Mayday was recommended to us by a neighbor and Jason came out himself and spent time with me walking and talking about the lawn and I felt so much more informed afterwards! He set realistic expectations for lawn care and weed control for us like things that were controllable versus not. No contract. Easy to communicate with if we have a question. His technician is so kind and respectful. We get compliments on our lawn weekly. Their schedule is predictable. Highly recommend!!!

Mayday’s Lawn Termite Pest is by far the best lawn service company we have ever used. They are a small family-owned business serving Orange and Seminole County that still provides excellent customer service and results. We have tried at least six providers prior to Mayday’s. Of those companies, some initially promised the best service on earth but failed to follow through or they provided great service but were soon swallowed up by one of the larger companies and the service instantly degraded. The owner of Mayday’s has a background of years of experience in the horticultural and pest control industry coupled with his extensive knowledge and certifications acquired during that time. The same technician treats our lawn each time. He is very friendly and has come to know us as well as the particular needs of our lawn. I am just a homeowner. I am not a chemist or a horticulturist but I have learned from dealing with lawn care services over the past 30 years that, in my opinion, diagnostics is 90% of providing excellent care. If you don’t know what the issue is, you cannot properly treat it. Mayday’s has been able to accurately assess and diagnose all issues in our lawn, solving some which multiple other companies could not do. We had one area in our front yard which had poor and insufficient growth for YEARS, and while all the other companies all said they could remedy the problem, none of them did. They were quick to give excuses such as it would take time, it was our irrigation causing the problem, it was the fact there were tree roots underground, etc. In just one growing season, Mayday’s was able to cure the issue and my lawn is now the thickest, healthiest and best looking, it has been since we built this home in 1998. Mayday’s service is very affordable and no contract is required. They are very responsive when an issue arises between treatments and take the time to explain what caused the issue and how it was treated. Another thing we like about Mayday’s is that they are not constantly trying to up sell additional treatments and services like some other companies we have dealt with. Mayday’s does offer once-a-year aeration as an option which costs the same as one treatment, which I highly recommend, as it has definitely improved our lawn but there is never any pressure or hard sell. We take pride in how our home looks and we still do the mowing and edging ourselves. Since we have been using Mayday’s the past two years, we consistently receive compliments from our neighbors and passersby on how beautiful our lawn looks. Again, we could not be any happier with the service we receive from Mayday’s and we highly recommend them.

Said they would get rid of my dollar weeds, gave it 6 months…well that never happened! Nice people but their products don’t work!

They really do care! About the lawn and client! Family owned and operated and even on staycations, they still come out if the yard needs attention! Love them, they truly work with integrity and who doesn't love pandas? :D

I have had Mayday lawn service for about a year and my lawn just recently got chinch bugs that I was told I caused myself by turning off my sprinkler system. I watch it thunder storm every day so not sure what they are talking about. I have 2 other houses on my block that use Mayday that are having issues too. I talked to Matt today and he seems to not understand customer service and told me that he was done with me. Use this review to make sure you do your homework when picking a lawn service.

Have used Mayday's for over 5 years and are very pleased with their service. They contact us the day before their service and that is very important to me. We use for lawn and bug services. Had previously used other vendor services and were not pleased. We are very happy with Mayday.

Local provider with none of the "franchise" or corporate bs. We had them and they were horrible. Maydays is the best we have had in the 23 years we have been in Florida.
