Called Truly Nolan last week to report I had found termite evidence. Was given an appointment window Monday, the 26 between 1-5 but asked if he could come after 3 and was told yes. Called at 320 as I never got a confirmation and was told no they would be there. At 455 I called again and was told no its still on but the person said let me call. After a 10 minute hold I was told no one was working as it was Memorial Day. Asked for a manager to call me the next morning. Nothing. called back to make another appointment for the following week. Nothing available till the following Thursday and it would be another 4 hour window. Again I asked to speak to a manager and again no managers. Called Wednesday to speak to a manager and they would get back to. me shortly. Called again today, after 20 minutes on hold, you guessed it all in a meeting but would call when out. At 340 called back. In the field, would review and get back. I am stuck using them as I have a contract. Will look for another company after this issue is solved. I just received a call and Charles was very helpful.

Poor communication and no accountability. They sent my balance to collections even though I provided them with the correct payment months prior and the correct payment is even on the online portal. They NEVER call the customer when a service technician isn’t able to make it out for a scheduled visit. I always have to call and find out what happened, this has occurred on more than one occasion. I will not be using their service anymore
