Captain Termite

Very disappointed!! We had our house tented and they had to use 4X's the gas because we have a crawl space, fine, no problem. I told them when they gave us the estimate that we don't have termites we have ants and you can always kill roaches ( I didn't see any but I hate them with a passion so kill them). We come back home and we see ants in multiple rooms. I call they say the warranty doesn't cover ants they can sell us a contract excuse me no mama. So the did a courtesy spray for ants in and out of the house. I STILL HAVE ANTS!!! I HAVE KILLED 20 SO FAR AND DAY IS JUST GETTING STARTED!

Joe and his crew at Captain Termite have been great to us and our home. Marien at the office is top notch and Jonah their onsite guy is also phenomenal. We entrust them to keep us pest-free year round. They’re the best in the biz!

I am editing my 5 star review. In 2019, Captain Termite told me I needed to tent my home upon seeing drywood termite droppings in my house. Then, again, in 2023, I had to tent my home again because there were termites swarming in my house. Since I had to tent my house again in 2023, only a few years after the initial tenting in 2019, I thought it prudent to purchase the warranty, so I extended the warranty in 2024 and 2025. BIG MISTAKE. After seeing droppings a few weeks ago, I scheduled an inspection with Captain Termite. I was certain they would schedule me for tenting since both times I have had an issue that has been the recommendation. Nope. This time, Captain Termite only recommended "spot treatment." I told them that they had never ever recommended spot treatment before, so I found it odd that now that I am not paying for the tenting they only want to spot treat. I asked for a refund of mt warranty payments, which is over $500, but Captain Termite refused. I feel completely scammed. If I had know that the warranty is NOT a warranty for the service purchased (tenting), I would have never paid for this "warranty." The technician warned me those might happen, and when I explained that would be wrong, he replied, "That's what a lot of customers say." Don't be one of those customers. Stay away. I am so upset. The least they can do is refund my money since I do not want to spot treat my house. Shame on me for not knowing there was a catch. Shame on Captain Termite for not giving me a refund since they are offering a remedy they never have before and refuse to tent my house now that it's on them.

I’ve been using Captain Termite for nearly 3 years, and their service has given me great peace of mind, especially in a home built in 1978. The team is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It’s reassuring to know my home is being well taken care of. I have been working with Captain Termite for a few years and it was the best decision I’ve made. They are always responsive and they have a great team. From sending a picture of a bug to asking them to check something out they are the best. I always get other companies to ask me to switch but I refuse because they are truly the best!!

Captain termite: I truly hate it when there is no consistency in the messaging or actions received from contractor personnel. for me this is the clearest sign you are not dealing with professionals. Each time i experience this from a contractor it chips away at the contractors credibility and trust in my decision to hire them. This continued to occurs with my previous termite contractor “ see previous review”. Captain Termite. Was wonderful and everything my pervious contractor wasn’t . Issac and crew were fast , efficient and a pleasure to work with. My only regret was not doing my research. their quality was well known . Two friends had already used them and unequivocally recommend them without hesitation, if i had only asked sooner.

Captain Termite is by far the best and most honest termite company out there. Last year when I had few termites they were honest and told me not to tent my home when I did not need it. This year, when I needed to tent my home, they gave me the best and cheapest price. They were always on time, always professional, and most of all the work was seamless, they explained everything in an easy way. Their staff is beyond nice and helpful. Hired this company to tent 2 properties a few months ago. Unfortunately, our problem remains. I’ve contacted to company to make good on their 1 year warranty and they agreed. What they failed to share, is that I will need to earn this service. After scheduling multiple appointments, the company has consistently ghosted us. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Perhaps the goal is to play these games until the 1 year is over. Very distasteful way to do business. I hope this helps other prospective clients. Take your money elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, use a company that honors their agreement.

We've been battling termites with spot treatments for years and we finally called around to get our house tented. Captain Termite was the friendliest, easiest to communicate with and most reasonably priced company. And I've seen no new activity so far so their treatments are effective as well. We will definitely be sticking with Captain Termite. Thanks guys!

Hired them about 10 years ago and they were awesome! Recently hired them again and they remain awesome and monetarily competitive. My rep, Kelvin, was super knowledgeable and friendly. The supervisor who placed the tent was super communicative throughout the process from beginning to end. I have recommended them to friends and family and will certainly continue to do so.
