First pest control is absolutely the best of the best. Scott has been treating all my properties over the years and the customer service is top tier! Timely and communicative, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is up to standard!

After a handful of unreliable pest control companies, we've found our guys. Scott and Jacob are professional, polite, and punctual. After they leave we are pest free until our next appointment. Firstly, before I go into details, I want to thank Scott and his partner, Ryan, for their patience and responsiveness, and for being so kind, seeing me through this rather brand new experience for me. I obviously don’t want to encourage texting them at four in the morning, but I will say that I had a bit of a panic/urgent situation and when I reached out at 4 AM with a unique issue with my pests, and Scott was responsive and helped to calm the anxiety I was feeling when I woke up to a pretty disgusting situation. While I cannot comment on pricing because I am a tenant and my landlord is in charge of that, I can say that in the service industry you pay for professionalism, you pay for expertise, and what you’re paying for is Worth it if the job is done right. Not sure how they compare but either way, the quality of attention and service that I received from first pest control was upper echelon so it would be worth it if the cost was higher :) Several months back I started to hear scurrying in my attic. You would be pretty surprised how quickly these things multiply. The situation got worse rapidly, to the point that it kept me up at night. I am so grateful that my landlord called first pest control following my work order. Scott and Ryan arrived right on time according to our appointment, set traps in places that are convenient for the rats but SAFE/hidden for my dogs. Scott told me all about why they use certain types of traps and showed where they were placed in the attic. He educated me on what bait to use and really took his time to walk the perimeter of my house, discuss all of the potential ways that the rats were entering, and provided helpful tips and advise on how to avoid inviting rodents in (tree maintenance, gutter cleaning, other repairs and things to observe regularly while cleaning) He advocated on my behalf to my landlord to let him know what follow up needs to be done and followed up with me too accordingly to make sure everything was good following the visit. If you’ve made at this point, reading through my rant, Doing your research due diligence, you obviously want somebody who is not going to disappoint you. I highly recommend first pest control. I used First Pest Control to spray for mosquitoes at my home and I could not be happier! Ryan and Scotty were professional and knowledgeable about the work they are doing. I have noticed a major decrease in mosquitos in my yard and in my carport. I am thrilled with their service and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Scotty and his family have been taking care of us since we purchased our home. Always a pleasure to speak with on his regular preventative visits. Peace of mind for not having ants and palmetto bugs in south FL is priceless, recommend them to anyone. Update to my original review, been getting our yard sprayed for mosquitoes and much improved. Can actually spend some time outside now without being eaten alive.

I called first pest as I had a rat issue in my chicken coop and they were ruining my eggs. First pest did a fantastic job in helping me get rid of rats while keeping my chickens safe. Would certainly use their services again
