William Nour (Beekeeper) , actually answered the phone when I called. He was very cooperative in showing-up the same day and came when he said he would. When we asked him questions he was more than happy to explain (in detail) as he proceeded to set-up and remove the bee honey comb. He took the time to save the honey comb for us...great honey!! Most important, he was very caring in rescuing the bees and prevented them from coming back! We were very lucky choosing William and would recommend him
