I called and thought that I had a rodent problem...I wasn't in the house in a bit. They "canceled "my rodent protection...but were still treating for other pests. I called a new exterminator who arrived in 2 hours. One third of the price....there were actually no mice but many palmetto droppings. Nozzle Nolan had been treating my house for 5 plus year. Terrible service.
