If you want a RELIABLE AND HONEST company keep looking. I met with Bob, and we walked around my townhome; he showed me all the areas that needed to be fixed. He also saw a falling mansard tile and was sure that was an entrance for rodents. I was going to hire him to make the recommendations he gave. Flash-forward after speaking to a board member, his story changes….and he doesn’t return phone calls. Three, to be exact. I could go on and on, but just be warned, he doesn’t stand by his word, and it can easily be changed.

Tiffany-After I did the inspection on your unit and the 3 other units connected to you, I immediately called the Vice-President of the Association and told her the situation about you hearing noises in your unit and there was a broken tile on your neighbors’ unit. I was told by the Association that they would send their roofer out to do an inspection (which he did) and he found no breaches where rodents were getting into the building. The Vice-President contacted me and asked me what the next step would be. I told her a smoke test on the plumbing system would be needed. I believe they contacted you with that information. With dealing with an Association, there is proper protocol. I cannot do work on the building without Association approval, and I was told by the Association not to contact you, and that they would handle it. I would strongly advise that you take this negative review off of Google immediately. When dealing with problems on your unit, you are supposed to call the property manager and let him know of the situation. You did not do that. I advised the Board of the situation and followed proper protocol in handling this problem.<br>Robert
