David is awesome. He always goes the extra mile to make sure all of our pest (and rodent) needs are met! Always on time and does what he says he’s going to do. Hard to find these days!!

Jason N provided great service as my technician assuring all perimeter swept free of cobwebs, nests, etc as well as applying pest control solution to the perimeter of the home. He was on time, professional and kept me informed. Turner always notifies me a day in advance which I appreciate too.

Had a technician named Roland call to say he's on his way for his annual renewal. I told him we sold the home and we do not need the service as we don't own the home. He went and supposedly conducted the service at the property and sent us a bill. This is a photo of the 2 minute service call he did without approval and sent a bill for nearly $300. BEWARE

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their technician damaged our brand new lawn with weed killer. We were told the would replace the lawn. After months of failed attempts to improve the lawn to its original condition, they are denying ANY responsibility. From Justin the technician who lied about replacing the lawn to Bobby who also lied to my husband when he said he would replace the lawn. To Don who denies they ever damaged the lawn . Do NOT use this company if you think you are hiring people with good morals.

Amazing field agents! All hard workers and extremely friendly and professional. Always detailed had Dylan before now is Luis. Very easy to work with. Always on schedule and respectful. Strongly recommend! They have one of the best prices around the area. Worried if would be a risk but not at all! Great pricing with great services. Customer service is also professional and friendly.

I am the Executive Director for an Assisted Living Facility, we have a contract with Turner Pest Control and our regular professional is Joe Johnson. Joe has been servicing our building for quite a while now and provides excellent customer service. Joe is very respectful and considerate to our elder population and staff. Joe is informative, consistent and thorough with documentation and his communication. We hope that Joe continues to be the regular professional at our facility, we really appreciate him.

Technicians are courteous and reliable. They always call 1st with a reminder. We are pest free with Turner.

OK, time to move on from Turner. They purchased Impact (our previous provider) and we didn't have a choice. We were set up a yearly billing cycle and Turner changed it without notification. Customer service has zero empowerment to understand or solve any problems. I would not recommend this company.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Impact Pest Control, now it is Turner Pest Control not so much, I recently paid $600.00 for dry termite extermination which hopefully proves effective. The technician was on site for 11 minutes and although he applied filler to the termite holes some are clearly visible. I feel this service was a rip off.

This part was for IMPACT Pest Elimination Company, that was acquired by Turner Pest Control in 2022. <<Very Good and Reliable Service . Recommended to all the people . I am using them for 12Y .>> For Turner Pest control I can not extend the same review and recommendation , because their way of treating me is complete opposite, and their Financial part in this acquisition is a mess, that put them on a position of harrassing me for services that I already paid . At this time I can not recommend the company that by the way increase their charges without pre approval.

We have been customers with Impact Pest Control for over 10 years as I loved that friendly touch about them. Turner Pest Control took over and it seems like their customer service has gone down the drain. The service techs are amazing so I have kept that in mind. After today’s call ( I had to call twice as I was put on hold)with the customer service team, I cancelled both accounts with them and a potential new account as we are selling our home. They put me on hold as I had some questions for them about service and after their I don’t care response….I cancelled everything. (Again….The interesting thing about my phone call was to offer service to new homeowners and get service sooner on the second home.) I needed assistance and direction from them and they had a don’t bother attitude. I wish them luck!

This used to be Impact Pest and they have always been efficient and responsive. I am hopeful that will stay the same now that Turner has taken over.

I was a customer of Impact Pest Elimination for over 20 years and never had a problem with them. Service was timely and courteous. Customer service always promptly responded. In May 2022 I was notified that Turner had purchased Impact Pest Elimination. The email that I received said that I could continue sending my payments to the same address. Service was performed in June and I received an invoice from Impact and paid the invoice. I am now being hounded by Turner for payment which has resulted in several phone calls and letters. Turner Pest Control has horrible customer service. They place an automated call to me, telling me to call them back. When I call them back I am placed on hold for a long time. The customer service representatives are not helpful and only want me to send a second check for the same service. I have cancelled my service as this is definitely not the level of service I was accustomed to. Impact was very good, Turner has been a headache for me. They also increased the cost for the service without prior notification and did not respond to my email asking when the cost was increased.

I called at 4:30pm on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, to schedule an appointment to have our condo evaluated for termites. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes to only be told there was no one in the office to take my call.

They do a wonderful job keeping my condo free of insects and other creepy crawlies. I would highly recommend them

I use Impact for indoor and outdoor pest control because their technicians are well trained and my home came with Sentricon termite traps that they check twice a year. To assume,termites won't swarm is a risk I won't assume.The firm has new Management but they do have a Tarpon Springs office and are here when you need extra treatments.

I use Impct for routine pest inspection and control. I have found them to be a reputable company who doesn't try to use there inspections as an opportunity to upsell there services. I do recommend Impct to my friends and family.
