To my horror, my house became infested with little field mice after Hurricane Milton. I called Phoenix, on an eeney-meeny-mighty-mo basis because I knew nothing about rodent removal companies. I am so glad that I called Phoenix. Scott immediately came to my house, surveyed the problem, and discussed with me the process Phoenix would use in this situation. Bottom line: they found mice in the attic and discovered their route throughout the house. They also found and closed several openings in the structure of my house. No more mice, and I am happy to say that I can take a breath again. They also check the outside bi-monthly, and will come back if the mice ever return. My now mouse-free home is heaven!

I HIGHLY recommend Phoenix! I had just moved into a home that had droppings and damage from a rodent infestation that was never addressed by the previous owner. Joe Del Sardo and his team of professionals found and closed the sources of entry, and Joe developed a multi-step plan to prevent reinfestation, remove the droppings, damaged insulation and ducts, sanitize the attic, restore efficiency to the HVAC system, and make the air we breathe safe and healthy. Joe personally took on the role of GC to ensure the work done (outside his scope) by companies he recommended was completed properly and I was satisfied. I am grateful a good friend recommended Phoenix Pest Management and Wildlife Control and now I know why. Everyone who came to our home was polite and did an excellent job for a fair price. I have a large rodent (half raccoon/half opossum) nighttime gathering in my very small, urban backyard. Scott spent an hour of his time talking to me about what is possible, what the city ordinances are, and many other very helpful tips. I will definitely use their services! I am so impressed with their proprietary rat poison that does not harm other animals or birds of prey.

I just recently contracted with Phoenix, Pest Management after 15+ years using another company. Tommy communicated well prior to our first appointment and when he came to do the first treatment. I currently do not have any problems with my home but with reading prior reviews, my assumption is I won't have an issue with this company.

We had Phoenix perform exclusion work years ago and then had bait stations around the house through Phoenix. Service was always good and our technician was super friendly. We began having issues this year and ultimately called to cancel. Mysteriously our bait stations disappeared after we called to cancel and Phoenix stuck us with a $200 charge. The charge is spelled out in the contract but Phoenix has no system in place to keep track of bait station inventory. Instead, they rely on the contract to back charge a long time customer. I told their office that we had 60 days of video from around our house that confirmed no one moved the bait stations between their technician’s visits on 6/19 and 8/19 but they were not receptive to that discussion. Be warned when you cancel. In retrospect I would have locked up the bait stations inside until they could pick them up had I known this is how we would be treated.

Brian,<br>Although we appreciate your business for the past few years, we are certainly disappointed you feel the need to bash us online for simply following our guidelines.<br>Our stations are our property and if they are lost or stolen you are responsible for the replacement cost.<br>As you said it is clearly stated on our contract.<br>The stations have always been in place every time we have been to service them.<br>It is highly suspect that the time after you call us and say that you want to start servicing them yourself, they mysteriously disappear after you find out we will be coming to pick them up.<br>We are always here to for you, should you need us in the future.<br>Thank you for your loyalty and support over the years.

I contacted them about a opposaum problem and got roped in about rats (that ere non existent in our attic) long story short 1,600 dollars later, no rats in trap, no evidence they got rid of the opposium that had been in our house. Do not trust anything they have to say. We got taken, don't fall for their you got rats in your attic.

Cindy,<br>Yes , you did call about having opossum's in your attic and this has been an ongoing problem for many months as you had many open areas on your home where they were getting into your attic, also allowing rats and/ or squirrels to enter these same areas.<br>Upon inspection you also had rodent droppings, rat rub on your plumbing lines, tunneling in your insulation, chewed up air conditioning foam covers and most of all rat and squirrel droppings as well as acorns stored up there in nesting areas where rats and squirrels were nesting in your attic.<br>This was merely pointed out to you as we see this on a daily basis, and your husband was shown all this evidence in your attic upon your first initial inspection, before you hired us to do the work, as well as you both letting us know about your history of rat problems.<br>However we only charged you to set up the one way excluder to allow any opossum to go out and not be able to return.<br>Which worked perfectly.<br>We set rat traps only to rule out any existing live animals at no additional cost .<br>None of this changes the work involved to solve your problem.<br>The bulk of your cost was animal proofing your home so that no more opossum , squirrels or rats can get in anymore.<br>This is the necessary work involved to solve all your issues.<br>We have no way of knowing if there is active activity at the time we animal proof your home.<br>The traps are to make sure that if animals are closed in inside we can remove them and they don't die up there because it cannot get out as well as the one way excluder to allow any live opossum to leave and not be able to return as well.<br>Our humane way of removing them, and yes they are gone and you know this to be true.<br>Just because no rats were caught only means that none were inside when we closed up the entry /exit points.<br>I'm highly offended that you say you were taken advantage of and try to smear our good name.<br>We do the very best work to help each individual customer the very best we can, and only perform work that is necessary.<br>You are now problem free.<br>Your welcome.<br>Sincerely,<br>Steve Barker
