Leo is an amazing exterminator. He is very thorough, professional, resourceful and friendly. I found him on Google to get rid of a roach infestation I found in one of my properties and he came, assessed and explained the process to attack the problem. We set up the dates and he started providing treatment. After his first initial visit, I saw a tremendous improvement! He uses top of the line products and does not try to scam you. I felt comfortable with him and his work, I will forever be a customer. He didn’t rush, he took his time and tried to assess where the roaches were coming from and he treated inside and outside the house. You will NOT be disappointed with Leo, trust me! He will get the job done!

A raccoon was able to gain access into our attic through a broken vent on the roof. Leo was very professional and responsive and was able to quickly seal up the hole and vent. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with this co.This is my first time dealing with this stressful situation.Leo has been here several times an has even moved the stove and fridge.Due to the fact that I have copd he uses special chemicals as well as special traps and gels even in appliances.I am very confident in him and I would use no one else.He is compassionate and very honest and reasonable.look no further!!!

Leandro is the BEST! Always has time for a quick chat, and he is reliable and professional at his job! I dumped the big guys once I found out Property Pest Solutions was an option! AND ! Ant problems are history, which I can’t say was the case with the big companies Three years on and Leo is still our man! He was here in a hurry when I called to tell him we have a flea problem. Always has a solution and is quick to respond. I recommend him HIGHLY

When we found Leo we had already gone through 3 other pest companies and he was a life saver. He is extremely professional and communication is great. We had a big roach problem and discovered a crack in our walls and a pipe that needed to be fixed. Every other company just did a basic spray/ traps, but Leo took the time to explain to us what he saw and what he suggested. It’s always a pleasure doing business with him. We have recommended him to other family members and they have raved about him as well. Very fairly priced. Please call him! You’ll be glad you did.
