Thank the heavens I found this service. They were so kind, accommodating, and informative throughout the process. They addressed my questions thoughtfully and my problem was resolved. They also use natural products that aren’t meant to harm you which I didn’t know at first. So, that’s a bonus.

We had termite mitigation. Service was there when promised. Alex was personable and pleasant. He identified the problem and prescribed the treatment. He came for the service and was quick and efficient. I recommend this company . Tenting was not an option for us. We were happy they recommended

Alex treated my lanai for dry wood termites. He was everything you could hope for in a service provider … a good listener, offered several treatment options, professional, on time, thorough, appropriately friendly and very knowledgeable. The organic product he used had no odor or residue. Alex also has successfully removed at least 8 big iguanas that have been decimating my garden and fruit trees! I highly recommend Pest Busterzz!

On their website, they say inspections are free, but when I scheduled mine they said it would be a $70 fee. You guys should probably remove that from your website since it's not true/false advertising. When they did the inspection, the tech was very sarcastic and vindictive over the phone. Just not good customer service. They quoted me almost $2k with a 30 day warranty. If I wanted the monthly service, it would be $100 a month. I found another reputable company that charged $1200 for the same service with a 60 day warranty and $40 a month for the monthly service. Needless to say, I do not recommend pest busters. Just because a company charges more, doesn't mean you get more. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: No, it was definitely you guys. I have the emails and correspondence. This is my personal email and I give a separate email for work and bills etc. You should specify the inspection fee on your website because it says 'FREE' and it's not.
