I cannot rave enough! Dana, Founder of Target Pest Control, was top notch. With the cold weather, we had some critters invade our basement and he came out the same day. Within 24 hours, he located entry points and came up with a solution to escort them off property ethically. They were reasonable in investment and we also hired him to do our monthly spraying moving forward. I love supporting smaller in size entrepreneurs who give top quality value and service! First of all, I don’t see how anyone can give this company 1 star! Seems like John C is putting blame where it doesn’t belong. Dana is very professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. He will even go the extra mile in an emergency situation. Very punctual,reasonably priced, and always very thorough. I have also recommended his services to others that have been very happy with his business services.

Dana does such a great job at keeping the bugs out of our house. Very thorough and reasonable. He’s the only pest guy we’ve ever had that brushes the spider webs away around our pool cage!!

I had a horrible experience with Target Pest. Dana came and sprayed my family’s property, and then all of my landscaping died, costing me thousands. He blamed it on the landscapers, but we’ve used them for years, he was the new service, and it happened shortly after he sprayed. Then, the next thing you know, we had a roach infestation. This guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or how to run a business

I saw the review you posted on Google, and I was honestly surprised and disappointed by it. I really like to understand where this is coming from. <br>When you reached out, you asked me to come out a time when I was out of town. I let you know that I wasn’t available, and offered to come out the next day. And you mentioned that you had found someone else. At no point did I refuse service or handle anything improperly.<br>Because of that, I’m confused by the statement suggested that I don’t know what I’m doing. I take pride in my work in my professionalism, and I always try to communicate clearly and honestly. If there was a misunderstanding I’d really appreciate the chance to talk it through. If not, I respectfully ask that you consider or update the review to reflect what actually happened.

Highly recommend Target Pest Control! Their team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They quickly identified the issue and explained the best treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they really know their stuff and care about doing a thorough job.
