Javier and his team are fantastic! We noticed a few too many bugs inside the home and Javier quickly came over and inspected himself. His prices are fair and the service provided is top-notch. For lawn and pest care in the area, you truly cannot do better.

We are extremely pleased with DelCastillo Home & Lawn Services and their rodent remediation team. Our lawn has looked beautiful ever since they took over our service two years ago, and their customer care has always been outstanding. When trees were knocked down in the lot next door, we suddenly started noticing rats. Javier and Quez came out promptly and did a thorough inspection. They showed us the rat droppings, the torn ductwork in our attic, and exactly how the rodents were getting inside—things we never would have noticed on our own. What a pleasant experiance using Del Castillo. Used the large corporate companies for years and unfortunately always paid a premium at the end of the day to still have weeds, fungus and other issues. Javier came out and walked the entire lawn with me, to not only show me the issues, but explain the reasoning and resolutions for them. No pushy sales tactics. We hired this service 18 months ago and were sold on the fact that they use mostly granular applications. We were told that they need 12 months get our lawn weed free and growing. Well after paying up front for this service we only received one application of granular and our weeds thrived and the lawn did not. Not sure what they were putting on the lawn, but it just kept getting worse and worse. After a year we were told that they needed more time to get rid of the weeds. Again, the results were very disappointing....and because we were prepaid we had to wait to end the service, even though the service was making our lawn worse. I've never prepaid for any lawn service and no one should have to. Home owner BEWARE

I used Javier's services for over a year. He required that he be paid in full before starting his work. He came out approximately. 3 times and then I had to run him down. There was no difference, nor improvement in the lawn whatsoever.. I would not refer anyone to his services.

Careful. Has a brochure touting $900 yearly service with $100 off for up-front payment. Then tried to raise the price to $1,200 since "Dunes" yards are too large for the advertised "deal.". Then raised price to over $2,100 when we declined the "$100 off" up-front payment offer spelled out in the flyer.

The owner clearly does not care about improving your lawn. His goal is to hook you into signing a 6-month contract. His visits will begin to decrease to an 8min visit, he rushes to avoid communicating with dissatisfied customers. He's undoubtedly incompetent and lacks the necessary skills.
