Very courteous and explanatory about the service they provide.this company started out extremely great but after about 6 months I have seen a decline in service. They keep canceling and I had to get stern with them before they came out to do the inside after calling them several times. I have tried three times already to get them out to do 30ft from my home. But they was to come last Thursday and I got a text they were canceling the appointment. No one have called to reschedule have called my

I had two estimates done, one by orkin pest control and the other by Florida pest control. Orkin was cheaper and I was going to sign a contract with them but the same day Florida Pest Control called and told me they would be at orkins price. I asked the schedule for the pest control and it was a first time come out and spray, and then return in two weeks to spray again. The man came out and sprayed. This company is run on a wing and a prayer. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Impossible to schedule appointment, impossible for them to keep appointments. A complete lack of professionalism. They act as if you should "beg" them to come. Well, I wont. After this 3 hour late appt, I will no longer use this service. Lisa Scapellati
