Pest control companies only interests in insects and animals is killing them. Don't trust their information. They just want to make money.

I acquired this company when purchasing my home along with a termite bond. I continued using their services for 6+ years with moderate satisfaction. Their yearly service seemed minimal…(buried post stations that I never saw replaced and light spraying around the perimeter of my home) ….This treatment never kept away the ants thoroughly and I even had a rodent gnaw into a cabinet during my contracting of champion’s services. After a while evidence of a dry wood infestation began to appear in the form of fras piles on my wood floor….champion would send out a tech that continually stated it was only old and dormant and “being pushed up” by walking on the floor…they insisted it wasn’t an infestation…absolutely absurd…..that is what a competitor of this company immediately assessed..it is clear signs of termite activity. Then…after about 3 years…with this evidence of infestation in my house…champion just up and cancelled my termite bond…no refund..no advanced word…they just said the were no longer offering drywood termite bonds….regardless of the considerable amount paid into it…. So then, after the termite bond was cancelled, champion began to change their perspective on the fras piles that kept appearing ….suddenly it was an infestation and they told me they would charge me something like $55 dollars to spot treat the fras piles individually……they never did any inspection of the floorboards or beams…they just were going to treat the tiny hole where the fras was….pathetic. With a little research, I found professional grade treatments that were never even offered by this company…primarily digging a trench barrier around the entire perimeter of a house…that is the most effective way of keeping subterranean pests away…and this company never took out a shovel. Champion did very little work for the price I paid for their services and blatantly took advantage of my trust in their professionalism..

Dishonest company. Not afraid to lie to gain business.

I believe they are crooks. They showed me a termite trail that, later, could not be found. When asked for further evidence of termites, they said I could find someone else and left. I did find someone else. They found nothing and told me a few stories about Champion and their owners. Stay far away from these guys unless you want to pay for services you don't need.
