My first experience with Repco was when I was accosted by one of their techs as I was leaving my house for work. He claimed that my building had a rat problem at that he needed to come inside and treat for rats. He then told me the service would cost $200. I was running late for work and needed to leave, but he continued to drone on about what needed to be done. As a former pest control technician myself, I would know if my home had a rat problem. There would be signs of droppings and grease stains from where their bodies rub against walls, but I had none of these issues. However, out of an abundance of caution, I treated the inside of my home for rats, just in case. Today, I received an invoice from Repco for $205 ($200 for the service and $5 for a finance "fee") for a service I did not request, authorize, or need. I already had a bad feeling about the company from their tech's complete lack of professionalism when approaching me on the first day, but now that they're billing me for something I didn't get or want, I'd steer everyone away from them.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of care for their customers. So many last minute cancellations, morning of change of appointments, lack of response and erroneous bills. I was very patient with them but Max was extremely nonchalant and couldn’t bother to rectify the issue or complete a timely follow up service that was promised. I made the mistake of paying before receiving my full service and they took advantage of that. These kind of companies aren’t worth the headache that they create.

A few years ago they were good. But they haven't called to let me know they were coming for at least two years. All they do is send me a past due bill every couple of months. I've called them several times, with absolutely no results. Hired another company.

OMG - my review that follows was TWO months ago. These fools showed up at our home uninvited again today. What IS SO HARD to understand? OMG DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY! It is now 4 times they have showed up without communicating with me. After first being told not to Come without speaking with me. Second time being reminded not to come without talking to me. Third time told to never under any circumstances come to my house ever I don’t want their services since they can not do what i hired them to do. Here we are today yet again rattling off a phone number that is not mine saying they called and saying they rang the door bell. I have spoken to them THREE times and made it clear never to come to my house without speaking with me. I highered them to do inside my house every quarter since they don’t communicate with me we are not home to let them in. This is absolutely not acceptable! #RepcoSucks
