Sold my account to other pest control company, not happy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven from Bug Guys. He is extremely professional and dedicated to his work. 1. **Thorough Inspection**: From the moment he arrived, he meticulously checked every area of my yard. 2. **Detailed Reporting**: After his assessment, he provided a comprehensive report highlighting any concerns and offered valuable advice. 3. **Personality**: Steven has a wonderful personality; he's friendly and an excellent conversationalist. 4. **Customer Engagement**: He kept me informed about any specials they were offering, which I appreciated. Stephen has rid my house and yard of all the ants and wasp nests around. I was so amazed when he came in and said that he will have the ants gone and he wasn't lying. He is also amazing with communication and doing his best to finding times to come by that best works for us. 10/10 Stephen is the best

I had a carpenter bee problem at my property . Dean came out and did an inspection and gave me an honest quote to kill the bees and take care of the other building on my property . Ramon came out on time and as scheduled , stayed in constant contact with me as I was not on site while he was working . The bees are gone ! Got a follow up visit the next day to verify their work . These guys are super professional , show up on time and answered any question I had . Would strongly recommend this company ! They will be taking care of our property for years to come .

Good place

These guys have been very professional and offer great service. We use them to keep the ants and fleas out of the yard because of our dogs and kids. I believe their prices are very reasonable, they are always on time or even a little early, I never have to wait on them. They only have to come every 3 months which makes it very convenient and they always call to remind me and schedule an appointment. The one time we found fleas on our dog a few weeks after they came to spray, we called them and and they came right out and sprayed again no questions asked. They are very friendly with our kids and dogs. They always ask if there is any specific issue we are having before they spray, last summer we got ants in one of our vehicles and they gladly sprayed it as well and we have not seen another problem there either.

We love the bug guys! Our church uses them for all of our pest control services. We had trouble with rats and had to call a rat exterminator, luckily the bug guys were able to help us with that as well. Since our church deals with children, the bug guys also ensured us that all of their services were safe and even pet friendly too. All in all, I can’t say anything bad about the bug guys, we will continue to use them and thank you for all you guys do!
