Genos pest control told me a dead set price of 350.00 and he guarantee to get rid of the roaches so his wife informed me that they would not be coming back out after them being out here 6 times. Now they have left me with roaches almost as bad as they were to begin with.Now I have to be out another bunch of money to hire someone else to do the job.i am a74 yr old lady on a fixed income with alot of health issues and it is very hard to come up with this money again.im gonna post this wherever I can so this deadbeat won't get some other poor person struggling to live. I'm also turning them in to every organization I can.isee the bad reviews they have gee wonder why? I do hope u feel real good bout yourself.

Our goal is to provide effective pest control solutions and excellent customer service. <br>To clarify, when we talked to your son-in-law, we offered a 60-day treatment plan to help control your roach infestation. We also provided strict and tedious instructions to make this treatment as effective as possible. Unfortunately, these instructions were not followed.<br>We did see a significant decrease in the roach population with the treatment we provided over the last two months. Additionally, we offered continuous service for only $30.00 per month to maintain control, but this offer was declined. We wish you all best!

After a year of getting the run around about coming to service our home- I decided to go elsewhere for termite treatment. It turned out I had a lot of Active Termites in my home. I kept calling them & they insisted I didn’t have swarms. I felt otherwise. I understand I was the last person in Fort Lauderdale & they didn’t get here anymore. They did offer we another company but not local. I am very disappointed- we signed a service contract for 9 years. They only lasted 3. I wonder if they should refund some of that $$$.

Hi Mrs. Stavila,<br><br>We have appreciated your business over the past 3 years since you purchased your home, and we completed your initial termite inspection. We are happy to hear that you were able to find a more local company that can accommodate a shorter notice schedule.<br><br>On July 6, 2023, we did come to your home and did not find evidence of swarms at that time and let you know to contact us if you needed us to come back out. We just received a call from you on May 16, 2024 and tried to schedule time with you, however your schedule was not flexible for us to get out there within the next couple of days as you requested.<br><br>Termite bonds are not paid for 9 years, they are paid yearly and can be renewed for up to 9 years.<br><br>Unfortunately, we were unable to support your needs this year due to your Termite Bond not being paid along with you determining that a local company would better suit your scheduling needs. Again, we have appreciated your business over the last 3 years and wish you the best!

Where do I begin!! I encourage anyone and everyone to use them for their services! Called for a termite inspection and Sherry was amazing! So sweet, respectful and just so helpful!! She got her son out the next day to give us an inspection. He was beyond knowledgeable and took his time going over every single thing with us. He left us feeling so good about our home and terminate free. Even gave us advice on how to keep them away. Just so so nice. I can’t stress that enough. Will for sure be using them if ever needed in the future!

They charged me month after month, but yet I still have ants in my house. I asked for a refund and they had the nerve to tell me that it was a payable service. Did I mention I still have ants in my house? How is that right to charge somebody month after month but yet you still have the problem? Used to be really good service but very disappointed in the past year.

Good afternoon, Mr. Matheny. <br>We're sorry to hear of the ant issues; however, we will not be issuing the refund requested due to the service done in June being payable, and visiting your residence 2 times after June's service. The recent bi-monthly was done on June 13th. We received a text stating that you were seeing ants again inside. On July 12th, we were finally granted access into your home to see the situation. After treating effectively, we did mention that we would be back out for a follow up, and did so on July 19th. We did inform you that we would be closed within that 7-10 day mark and would be unavailable. We were told numerous times that someone would be at your residence to let us inside to see the issue, although each time other than July 12th service, no one was there to let us in. We did attempt to call you yesterday so our owner could speak with you on the issue, but did not get to talk with you and had to leave a voicemail. You're more than welcome to call us back at 772-203-8592.

Had an ant problem starting in January and still not resolved. Last visit out said he was going to try “another method” of some sort but needed to order product, said he would contact me to schedule. That was at least a month ago and have not heard a thing. Tried contacting them via email and not heard anything. Sidney is a nice guy but something just isn’t working. Time to move on.
