***BUYER BEWARE*** I placed an order with Seed Ranch on June 16, 2025, for a single item. I promptly received a confirmation email that included a USPS tracking number. However, as of June 27, the tracking status still showed “Pre-Shipment – Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” with no further updates. I reached out to their customer support on June 27 to request an update and received an automated confirmation that my inquiry had been received. Unfortunately, it is now July 20, and I still have not received my order or any follow-up communication from the company. Given the complete lack of customer service and failure to fulfill the order, I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with Seed Ranch.
