Mosquito Joe has made a huge difference in the bugs in my yard. I noticed a difference after the first treatment. Tony and the other guys are professional and fast. Ensuring everything is sprayed and if they see any sitting water that needs to be taken care of. I highly recommend. I’ve used them over a year now and like that I can enjoy the outdoors.

He always comes as he says and does the whole yard. Our mosquito infestation began w a cleared lot behind us. I used to get 5 or more bites just stepping into the garden. No bites at all today. I put in a new sprinkler line that took nearly all day. 8 pipes. Thank you so much.

Our technician (Shane) is always prompt and professional. He text 30-45 minutes before arrival and ALWAYS gives me an update on the services he provided as soon as finished. That type of follow-up and customer service is rare in today’s world, but not with Shane and Mosquito Joe.

Outstanding customer service and communication, very reasonably priced, deep discounts for paying upfront, purchased a full season, techs are respectful and responsible, products work as promised, safe for kids and pets. Highly recommend!!

Poor customer service.

Wasting your money....I would not not use them even if it's free.....I watched your man take care a yard across the street...118 Meadow Woods, I heard the sound of his blower only on one side of back yard...when he did come to the front yard...he blew the front porch, the garage, and stood next to garage and blew 2 seconds on side yard...that was it.....oh yes...he did change the yard sign...

The initial appt was a little off putting because it had to be rescheduled twice by the company. They were prompt and happy to help fix though. Have had 2 sprays and my kids, and anyone who tries to enjoy the backyard is completely eaten alive! I let them know and hadn’t had an issue before with the company we used last summer (I chose this one bc I heard a deal on the radio so wanted to try)…she said I will pass the message along. She let me know i hadn’t received a 3rd spray therefor they can’t do a complimentary one. It should NOT take that much especially with how many bug bites we were all getting!

This is NOT a review of the tech. The last few treatments I have been at the house and they literally walk around the house and leave, NO heavy spray as indicated. They use to spray heavy on the decks and all in the back yard. What has changed?// Should I start spraying myself if that’s all they’re going to do. Again, this is not rating the tech, the treatment seems to have changed.Thanks

Horrible service!

I've been using Mosquito Joe, here in Niceville, FL, goin on about 4 or 5 years I guess. They have always been courteous and responsive to my needs. I have a vegetable garden in my back yard and they are very dedicated to protecting it and the pollinators. The technicians go out of the way to do a professional job and meets my needs. They are also very courteous and polite. Last week Kurtis stopped by to treat the yard and already knew what to do and how to do it from previous trips. He still touched base with me to verify everything and make sure nothing new needed to be addressed. He even remembered a conversation we had last year about some chili peppers. I had given him a few to try out. It was like we picked up where we left off. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe and their technicians and staff.

It’s nice to be able to sit outside anytime of year and enjoy the nice weather and not have to worry about being bothered by any type of insects.

Price is higher then where I came from but I didn't think it was worth the over the top price for a .24 yard with 2200 sq ft home on it but you be the judge on your yard I am sticking to hall's hardware to kill my mosquitoes lol and save a thousand bucks

My bug zapper works better and that's 60$ one time this is 60$ every 2 to 3 weeks my father in law lives with us and keeps track of when they come so I call them about that, their customer service lol!!! Tried to convince me I'm a idiot that never come before 3 weeks except separately my watchful neighbor came and are they coming every 10 days now so we must be liers and idiots .this time my wife said she watched them spray part of what they're supposed to do and left in 5 minutes ! !! A half acre!! Again I called whatever that is that answers the phone told her the problem said cancel because I was not happy she says to me ok bye and hung up I'm writing this from the spot they do and did today getting chewed up from mosquitoes and other bugs. Please save your money and buy a zapper because this in my neighborhoods opinion is this is a scam I takes my Alot to leave a bad review but I'm sick with this company you can believe they're going charge me full for another incomplete job !!this could of went differently if I wasn't once again treated like crap from the woman in the office.
